How to use your virtual Accor Plus card on a mobile phone
Follow these steps in the Accor Plus app or mobile website.
Download the app
Install the Accor Plus app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in
Open the app and sign in to your Accor Plus account.
Enter your membership details
Use your Accor Plus number or email address, enter your password and select Log in.
Reset your password if needed
Select “Forgotten your password?”, enter your email address and follow the instructions sent by email.
Open your digital card
After signing in, select the membership-card icon to display your virtual Accor Plus card.
