From time to time we are made aware of email scams that claim to be authentic Accor Vacation Club Asia or Travel and Leisure communications. These emails may ask members to visit an external site, download a file, contact the sender to confirm membership details or collect payments.

Please exercise caution whenever you receive emails to make sure they are genuine. Here are some additional cyber safety tips:

• Check the email of the sender by clicking on the sender name to see if they match / look suspicious. Accor Vacation Club emails will usually come from emails in the following format: firstname.lastname@accorvacationclub.com.au or firstname.lastname@travelandleisure.com
• If the request is unexpected, do not provide personal, sensitive or financial information by way of clicking on links / downloading attachments
• Look out for wording with urgency to lure you or make you panic.
• Hover over links to check them (to see the real URL address behind the link)
